Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
The price depends on the stage you choose, the number of participants, the duration and how much tailoring is needed. You do not have to start with the whole programme, or with every step of our approach. After a short call we will propose a format that fits and a concrete quote.
How much of the team's time will it take?
That depends on the stage. The AI hackathon runs from 2 to 8 hours; the training programme runs 8 to 10 weeks at up to 3 hours a week per person. Much of that time goes into changing how work already on their desk gets done, rather than into extra work.
We have already run AI training. What will be different?
We start by establishing what actually stuck from the last one: which tools are in use, where people get stuck, and why some of them gave up. Then we work with specific departments and specific tasks, bring the managers in, and track how AI is being applied in the everyday work.
Do we have to go through all four stages?
No. You can start at whichever stage matches your company's needs and maturity. For one team that is an AI hackathon; for another it is training tied to the tasks of specific departments, support for managers, or automating one particular process.
How will we know whether it produced a real result?
We do not track attendance alone. The platform shows activity, the documented AI use cases, self-reported confidence, and the areas where more support is needed. Leadership gets a baseline picture at the start, updates during the programme, and a final report with next steps.
Which AI tools do you work with?
We are not tied to one vendor. We choose the tools according to the roles, the tasks, the systems already in place and the company's own rules. For automation we work inside your existing environment where that makes sense, rather than adding new software for its own sake.
Is this GDPR-compliant?
That depends on the specific tool, its settings, the contractual terms and the kind of data involved. Before we start we agree which data may be used, which environments are approved, and where anonymisation or test data is required. The approach follows your own internal security and data protection rules.
Is it suitable for people with no technical background?
Yes. The programmes are built for employees and managers, not only for technical specialists. Every participant works with examples and tasks from their own role.
