No. The day opens with a shared framing and a practical section on working with AI, so participants with no experience at all can take part on equal terms. The tasks are set up so that the more advanced people also have something to push on.
The format is built to be run in person, at your offices. Working together in one room is part of the result: the shared experience and the shared language come from exactly that. An online version is possible, but only after a conversation about whether it will achieve what you are looking for.
We work with the tools your team already has access to, and we are not tied to one vendor. If access to something extra is needed, we agree it before the date and help with the choice and the setup.
Within a week you receive a summary of the solutions built, the observations on how ready the teams are, and recommendations on which ideas are worth developing. From there you decide for yourselves whether and how to continue.
