3. What data we process

Enquiry forms

The forms on the landing page and the hackathon page collect: name, company, email, phone (optional), team size (optional), topic (selected from a list, optional), a message of up to 4000 characters (optional), a technical value recording the page and language of the enquiry, and a hidden field that discards bot submissions.

Form data is not stored in any website database. The submission is formatted as an email and sent to the Company mailbox through Resend. The reply-to address is your email, so any follow-up correspondence is conducted directly with you.

Purposes: to respond to a business enquiry, discuss a possible programme, training, hackathon or consulting engagement, and conduct follow-up correspondence. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.

Please do not send sensitive personal data or confidential information in the free-text message field. If you nevertheless voluntarily include more than we asked for, we will process it only as far as necessary to understand and handle the enquiry.

Retention: 24 months after the last correspondence on the enquiry, unless a longer period is necessary for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims or complying with a legal obligation. If the enquiry leads to a contract, the correspondence is kept for the periods applicable to the relevant contractual and accounting records.

Server logs

The websites are hosted on Vercel. In the normal delivery of the pages, Vercel processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, requested address and the time of the request, for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the website securely and reliably. Retention follows Vercel's practices and settings.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to know which pages are read and where visitors come from. It loads only after your explicit consent through the banner shown on a first visit. If you decline or do not answer, it does not load at all.

Vercel Web Analytics sets no cookies and stores no identifier on your device. What is counted is the page, the referring source, the approximate country and the type of device, in aggregate. There is no profiling, no cross-site tracking and no advertising use of the data.

Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time through the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page; withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

Vercel, Resend and Namecheap are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including data processing agreements, European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and applicable EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification where the provider maintains one. The specific mechanism depends on the provider and its current documentation.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw your consent where processing is based on consent.

You can exercise your rights by writing to hello@practiqa.io. We will respond without undue delay and generally within one month of receiving the request. For complex or numerous requests the period may be extended under applicable law, and we will tell you if that happens.
