Last updated
These terms govern the use of practiqa.bg and practiqa.io. practiqa's services are contracted separately and in writing; the website is the shop window, not the contract.
1. Service provider
The websites practiqa.bg and practiqa.io are operated by REDO CONSULTING LTD (РЕДО КОНСЪЛТИНГ ООД), UIC 207952691, with its registered office and correspondence address at 30-ta St. 2, floor 1, Botanika district, Varna 9000, Bulgaria, represented by Vladislav Nosikov. Email: hello@practiqa.io.
The Company is not registered under the Bulgarian Value Added Tax Act.
Consulting and corporate training are not subject to any special licensing or authorisation regime. The Company is not a licensed vocational training centre and does not issue state-recognised professional qualification documents.
2. Scope
These terms govern only the use of the website. AI adoption programmes, training, hackathon formats, consulting and the future learning platform are contracted separately in writing. These terms are not a contract for those services.
3. The website is informational
The website is informational. The content published on it is not a binding offer, an individual proposal or a quotation. Submitting an enquiry through a form does not create a contract and does not oblige either party to enter into one.
4. The hackathon price calculator
The calculator on the hackathon page gives an indicative range only. It runs entirely in your browser, uses published parameters, and does not send the selected configuration or the calculated price to any server.
The displayed values are approximate and rounded. They are not an offer, an invitation to contract or an individual quotation. The actual price is set in writing after a conversation about the client's scope, goals and requirements.
Prices are in euro and do not include VAT, as the Company is not registered for VAT. Prices may change without notice.
5. Intellectual property
All texts, articles, films, photographs, illustrations, methodology and programme structure, as well as the practiqa name and logo, belong to the Company or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.
Personal, non-commercial reading and ordinary quotation with clear attribution and a link to the relevant page are allowed. Republishing, systematic copying, extracting a substantial part of the content, or using the content to train, fine-tune, evaluate or build machine-learning models is not allowed without prior written consent.
6. Acceptable use of the forms
When using the enquiry form, you must not submit false data, spam, malicious content, code, attempts at unauthorised access, or anything that may disrupt the operation or security of the website.
7. Articles and external links
Blog articles are general information about adopting and using AI in companies. They are not legal, tax, financial, technical or other professional advice. Readers act on them at their own responsibility.
The website contains plain links to third-party sites, including team members' LinkedIn profiles. Those sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
8. Availability and changes
The website is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or compatibility with every device and browser. We may change, suspend or remove parts of the website without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Bulgarian law, the Company is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, or decisions made on the basis of the general information on the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights where such rights apply.
10. Consumers and out-of-court dispute resolution
The website is aimed at business clients and does not offer consumer sales. If a visitor nevertheless qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, they may file a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (Sofia 1000, 4A Slaveykov Sq., floors 3, 4 and 6, www.kzp.bg) and refer the dispute to the competent conciliation commission for alternative consumer dispute resolution operating under it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is published here with a last-updated date and applies going forward from publication, unless stated otherwise.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are referred to the competent Bulgarian court in Varna, unless a mandatory legal rule provides for a different competent court.
